1. Revoke Google Access
Open your Google Account, navigate to the security controls for third-party applications and services, select Fiduciary Journal™ or Record & Remedy™, and remove its access.
Revoking access prevents the application from making future authorized requests to your Google account unless you authorize it again.
2. Delete Your Journal Content
Your journal spreadsheet is stored in your Google Drive. You control that file. You may open the ledger, delete individual entries, move the file to Google Drive trash, or permanently delete it using Google Drive's controls.
3. Request Deletion of Application-Side Data
Send a deletion request from the Google email address associated with your account to admin@recordandremedy.com.
Please include:
- The subject line “Fiduciary Journal Data Deletion Request.”
- The Google email address connected to the service.
- A clear request to delete applicable account and authorization data.
4. Identity Verification
We may take reasonable steps to confirm that the requester controls the relevant account before deleting data. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
5. What May Be Retained
Limited records may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Information retained for those purposes will not be used to continue normal application access.
6. Confirmation
After an authenticated deletion request has been processed, we will send confirmation to the requesting email address.
