By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. The Service
Fiduciary Journal™ provides guided recordkeeping and workspace tools. Features may include Google authorization, workspace provisioning, structured data capture, access to a connected ledger, and related organizational functions.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and appropriateness of information you submit. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and reviewing the records saved to your ledger.
4. No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Financial Advice
The service is a recordkeeping and organizational tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, fiduciary, or financial advice and does not replace qualified professional judgment.
5. Google Services
Some features rely on Google services. Your use of those services remains subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, account controls, and availability. You may revoke application access through your Google Account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with service operation, security, or availability.
- Upload malicious code or use automated methods that unreasonably burden the service.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, ownership, or relationship to a record.
7. Ownership
Record & Remedy™, Fiduciary Journal™, associated branding, application code, designs, documentation, and service materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator. You retain ownership of content you lawfully place in your own Google workspace.
8. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Record & Remedy™, Covenant Ledger Stewardship™, and their representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may revoke Google access through your Google Account. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, misuse, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
